Model Description

■ Overview A petroleum -based organic solvent is used for the chlorine -based organic solvents used for the conventional "Tefrilly's". A spray containing environmentally friendly fluororesin. The heat -resistant temperature and use effects are equivalent to the conventional Teflillies. Tefrill's N is a chlorine -free type of chlorine -free type with a heat -resistant binder added to the fine particles of fluorine resin. Since silicone is not included at all, secondary processing can be done immediately after molding. The heat -resistant temperature is 250 ° C, which is ideal for the release type of thermosetting resin such as phenol resin and epoxy resin molding in high temperature range. ■ Characteristics ・ The heat-resistant temperature is -196 to 250 ° C. ・ One application, spray can be separated continuously. ・ The separation is performed at the interface, and the molded product rarely transitions, so secondary processing such as plating, printing, painting, adhesive can be left as it is, eliminating the cleaning process. -The lubricating film is light and not liquid, so it does not accumulate in the local area, increases the dimensions accuracy of molded products and reduces the defect rate. ・ The number of molds is reduced, and maintenance costs can be reduced. ■ Use ・ For a separate type of engineering plastic with high molding temperature. ・ As a plastic molding, if the mold shape is complicated, as a separate agent for accuracy. ・ To separate diamond tools. ・ For FRP separation. ・ For rubber separation. ・ Used as a lubricant for bearings, conveyors, and shots. ■ How to use ・ Before applying and spraying, clean the target surface neatly. Especially when other separate agents are on, remove them completely. ・ Shake the cans well, then spray 10 to 20 cm away and spray evenly. ・ Dry in about 10 minutes, and immediately be molded. ■ Precautions for use ・ Please keep the ventilation sufficient during use. -The target is metal, glass, ceramics, and plastic, but if you need to apply or spray directly to plastic, test whether the plastic will be affected by the solvent of Teflilly's N and is not affected.
