Model Description
■ Overview It is white aqueous paint shape, and is used for brush and spray. It forms a thin and highly adhesive film with excellent heat -resistant lubrication. It is characterized by high lubricity. Used for stainless steel, graphite, ceramic high -temperature lubrication, separation, sputter adhesion, etc. The film can be wiped off with water. Because it is acidic, red rust is generated when applied to iron. It is a coating agent of boron nitride (BN-Bolon Night Ride), which is used for lubrication and relief in a high-temperature range where silicone oil and fluorine resin, as well as molybdenum and graphite (graphite) are oxidized and stopped lubricating. Dry heat -resistant lubricating skin film, but the composition of the film is all inorganic. ■ Characteristics ・ Uses high -purity boron nitride, and has excellent lubricity. ・ Close to ceramics, graphite (graphite), metal surface. ・ Since the binder is ceramic, there is no change in the film composition due to the rise in temperature, and there is no gas outbreak, so it can be used for vacuum high temperature lubrication. ・ It can also be used with water. ・ The film does not get wet with the molten metal. ・ The color is faintly grayed and does not smell. ・ It is non -combustible. ■ Use ・ For graphite, ceramics, and stainless steel parts used under high temperature, such as in the furnace. ・ For lubrication in high temperature and vacuum and preventing spatters.
