Model Description
■ Overview Heat -resistant maximum heat -resistant lubrication and release agent. The nitride is the main component, and when sprayed, it forms a white lubricating skin film. It does not use organic binders and organic solvents, and features odorless and pollution. It can be used for hot press, sintered metal molding, lubrication, separation, and adhesion prevention when casting aluminum casting. When sprayed on the surface of metal, ceramic, graphite (graphite) and dried, it forms a white heat -resistant lubrication and remote film with a heat resistant maximum (in oxidized atmosphere). The main ingredients of the BN release are nitroscoped (boron night ride), ceramic binder and solvent water, and pH is weak alkaline. All ingredients are inorganic and do not use organic solvents or resins, so they are easy on the environment and people, and there is no odor when sprayed. ■ Features of film ・ The heat -resistant maximum is 900 ° C in the oxidized atmosphere. It is 1,200 ° C in a vacuum and reduction atmosphere. ・ It does not respond to most molten metals or molten glass. ・ Stable for organic solvents and chemicals. ・ It is non -magnetic, and if it is completely dried, it is electrically insulated and thermal conductivity. ・ The unnecessary film can be wiped off with water and removed. ■ Use ・ For lubrication and separation at all high temperature, including vacuum and reduction atmosphere. ・ For aluminum mold casting and low -pressure casting. ・ To prevent spatter adhering to the nozzle of welding robots. ・ As a hot press type release agent. ・ For sintered metal, glass, engineering plastic molding. ・ As an aluminum and stainless steel pull out, as a lubricant for extruded molding. ・ Prevents the adhesion of spatter, melting solder, and molten glass. ・ Interior protection and separation of the rattle. ■ How to use ・ Remove the oil, cut scraps, free powder, and dust attached to the processing surface. ・ Shake the air zole can, then spray evenly 15 to 20cm away. ・ Dry completely. ・ Polish a dry lubricating skin with a soft cloth to increase the lubricity and adhesion. ・ Drying time: Since the solvent is water, it depends on the environment, humidity, coating thickness, etc., but it takes about 1 to 4 hours.
