Model Description

■ Overview Heat -resistant maximum heat -resistant lubrication and release agent. The nitride is the main component, and when sprayed, it forms a white lubricating skin film. It does not use organic binders and organic solvents, and features odorless and pollution. It can be used for hot press, sintered metal molding, lubrication, separation, and adhesion prevention when casting aluminum casting. When sprayed on the surface of metal, ceramic, graphite (graphite) and dried, it forms a white heat -resistant lubrication and remote film with a heat resistant maximum (in oxidized atmosphere). The main ingredients of the BN release are nitroscoped (boron night ride), ceramic binder and solvent water, and pH is weak alkaline. All ingredients are inorganic and do not use organic solvents or resins, so they are easy on the environment and people, and there is no odor when sprayed. ■ Features of film ・ The heat -resistant maximum is 900 ° C in the oxidized atmosphere.
