■ Overview Use a petroleum -based organic solvent instead of the chlorine -based organic solvents used for the conventional Whitey Relley. It is a spray of a bindless lubrication -type agent with environmentally friendly nitride. The heat -resistant temperature and the use effect are equivalent to the conventional Whitey Lily. Whitey Lily N is an airsole product that distributes the fine powder of Boron Night Ride (nitride) into a solvent. Since the resin binder is not contained, it can be used in the processing process (vacuum, inert gas atmosphere) that offers out gas from the separate film. ■ Features ・ The highly harmful dichloromethane used in conventional products has been changed to a low -harmful hydrocarbon, as it is. -The heat resistance limit is 800 ° C (intermittent 900 ° C) in the atmosphere (oxidation), 1,200 ° C in vacuum, and 2,200 ° C in inactive atmosphere. ・ Because there is no out -gas due to combustion of resin binder, it is ideal for use in a vacuum and inert atmosphere. ・ When used in ultra -high vacuum, you can eliminate a small amount of out -gas by heating at 600 ° C for about 30 minutes to eliminate the out -gas from the organic distributed agent. ・ Because it is a spray type, the film is uniform, and it is cleaner than the powdered application. ・ Cleaning after high temperature firing is easy. ■ Use ・ To prevent bolt, bearing, key, etc. and improve assembly accuracy. ・ To improve the familiarity of the early days. ・ To reduce molds and mold damage when sintering metal. ・ As a mold separation agent such as molten metal melting glass. ・ For driving parts in high temperature environment. ■ How to use ・ If garbage or oil is attached to the surface of the object to be sprayed, remove it neatly, such as a solvent. If other release agents remain, this will be completely removed. ・ Shake the cans well before use, then separate about 15 to 20cm and spray thinly and uniformly. ・ Spray is dried almost in 2-3 minutes, and it is completely dry in about 2-3 hours. Especially when used in vacuum, dry or dry for more than 10 minutes to evaporate the remaining organic solvents, and then do the next work. ・ Because it has a flash, be sure to use it in a place without fire. ・ Dangerous substance 4th, 1st petroleum non -water soluble.
