■ Overview A petroleum -based organic solvent is used to replace the chlorine -based organic solvents used for the conventional whitilub. It is a spray of a heat -resistant lubrication -type agent that contains environmentally friendly boron nitride (BN). The heat -resistant temperature and use effect are equivalent to the conventional Whitebub. Boron Night Ride (nitride) has the same layer structure as graphite and molybdenum sulfide, as is said to be white graphite, so it exhibits a very excellent separate and lubricating characteristics. In addition, it has higher heat resistance than graphite, up to 800 ° C (instantaneously 900 ° C) and can withstand high -load. ■ Features ・ Stable up to 800 ° C in oxidized atmosphere, 1,200 ° C in vacuum and 2,200 ° C in inactive atmosphere. ・ It does not respond to molten metals and molten glass. ・ There is good adhesion for glass, metal, and ceramics aspects. ・ Chemically stable and does not react even when used at high temperature. ・ It does not affect plastic, rubber or metal. ・ Uses hydrocarbons that are less toxic to the solvent. ■ Use 1. As a high -temperature separation agent ・ For molding diamond tools. ・ For the molding of thermosetting resin. ・ For glass molding. ・ For molding sintered metal. ・ To separate the die -cast. 2. As a high -temperature lubricant ・ For extruding aluminum, stainless steel, and pull -out type. ・ For chain conveyor used at high temperature, lubrication of roller conveyor. ■ How to use ・ If the surface of the object to be spray is attached to the surface of the object to be sprayed, remove it cleanly, such as a solvent. If other release agents remain, this will be completely removed. ・ Shake the cans well before use, then separate about 15 to 20cm and spray thinly and uniformly. ・ Spray is dried almost in 2-3 minutes, and it is completely dry in about 2-3 hours. ・ Because it has a flash, be sure to use it in a place without fire. ・ Dangerous substance 4th, 1st petroleum non -water soluble.
