■ What is a heat collector? Heat collector (exhausted heating instrument) is a thermal management product that collects heat from exhaust gas and heats engine cooling in order to shorten the warm -up time of the engine. By shortening the warm -up time, the fuel efficiency and heating efficiency in cold weather can be improved. ■ Mounting position The heat collector is located downstream of the caternity converter. ■ structure Heat collector is mainly composed of four elements: "heat exchange core", "exhaust gas main flow path", "thermo actuator", and "exhaust gas switching valve". Drive the exhaust gas switching valve with a thermo actuator, switch the flow of exhaust gas to the heat exchangeable core side during warming, and after warming, to the exhaust gas main line.
