■ 8440 (successor 8740) BK Connect Angle Domer Analysis This application is presented as a function at the rotation angle over the duty cycle of a rotating machine such as a car engine by reading and recamining the recorded time history data. By associating acoustic vibration data to the crankshaft or flywheel angle of the engine, you can easily know the correlation with the engine cycle. This new perspective provides insights such as the noise generated from the periodic phenomena such as the burning of a specific cylinder, or vibration in the duty cycle of the engine. ■ Functional ・ Cycle -related phenomenon statistical analysis Cycle statistics: minimum, maximum, average value, RMS value, and peak values for each cycle for time or RPM ・ Cycle history contours, waterfall, Campbell plot for time or RPM ・ 3D display of cycle to time or cycle ・ Cycle 2D display (overlay or single) ・ Goated statistics VS cycle number ・ Duty cycle extraction by fixed angle increment ・ Apply offset to correct TDC based on TDC signals or missing pulse (octopus restoration) ・ Integration of Microsoft® Office report function Combining this application with the 8402 BK Connect® Time Data Recorder, you can use the Time Data Recorder task in the Angle Domain Analysis Application. ■ Usage examples ・ Noise, vibration, ride comfort (NVH) Powertrain acoustic vibration analysis related to crankshaft angle for engineering ・ Identification of gear noise in low friction gear boxes ・ Reduction of noise due to unbalanced 2 -cylinder engine and 3 -cylinder engine ・ Comparison of angle domain datasets for different driving tests
