Model Description
Metal -based powder mask material is used as dry or undercoat with other ingredients. When used as a slurry mask, use it with the B-4, B-100, B-200 binder and top with the M-7 mascant. The M-1 is basically inactive to the super alloy-based metal, and its function is the role of a getter alloy that prevents the spread of coating metals such as aluminum, or the surface that should not be coated or should not be done. Protect the part. After the heat processing, the M-1 Mascant will be in a soft powder state in the hardened M-7 "Saya" and its seafood. This powder can be easily removed by air blast. There is no need for grit blast or wire brushing.
