This is a Fail Safe Controller (disconnection confirmation circuit) that backs up the creation of a safe area for FA. By combining it with a 4 -wire matte switch, sensing edge, tape switch, etc., it is safe because the same output is obtained when the switch is operated even in the case of a power supply side trouble, disconnection of the switch circuit, or a power outage. In particular, we recommend using mat switches, sensing edges, tape switches, etc. as a safety measure. -The SC-2 circuit can be selected for self-retention or direct circuit. ・ If you use it in a direct circuit that does not require a reset, short -circuit the reset terminal "⑪, ⑫" with a lead wire. [Explanation of 4 -wire control circuit] (1) After connecting to a 4 -wire mat switch, connect a 100V / 200V power supply. ② Always flush the micro current and turn on the relay contact (between output terminals ⑥-⑤COM) built into the SC-2 type. (The LED lamp lights green) (3) When a person is riding, the voltage decreases and the relay contact is turned off. (The LED lamp switches red) ④ Disconnected, when short, it is OFF without voltage. (The LED lamp is switched red as in ③) The relay is turned off when the power outage or the fuse is broken. (LED lamp disappears) * In the case of ③, ④, and ⑤, the mechanical stops are extremely stopped because the emergency stop circuit is activated.
