This thread insert has an additional screw lock section, and one or more polygon threads clamp the installed screw side. An elastic elastic friction lock brings a general torque. These screwlock torque meet the demands of the technical shipping conditions of international standards. General torque can be adjusted individually so that related applications are required (for example, for fixing a screw screw). Use the Helicool®Plus screw lock only in a more luxury class screw (RM> 800N/mm2). In the case of a high alloy screw, a general lubricant must be used according to the recommendation of the manufacturer. The advantage of the Helicoid®Plus system is particularly clear about processing and tools, and reducing the cycle time.
