This is an antibacterial test method in antibacterial processing products containing photocatalyst. It can be applied to both flat plate -shaped materials and fiber -shaped materials. ■ Examination method There are two types of methods, film -adhesive method and glass -adhesive method. Film -adhesive methods apply to flat -like materials, and glass -adhesive methods apply to fiber -like materials. ① Film close contact method Place a glass rod on a share with a sterilized water wet paper, and put a piece of test on it. Prepare the test solution (1/500 neutrient medium medium) on the photocatalytic antibacterial surface of the test piece. ② Glass adhesion method Place a glass rod on a share with a sterilized moisture -wet paper, and place a glass plate (55 to 6 mm square) on it. Place a piece of test, prepare a testing solution (1/20 neutrient medium) on a photocatalytic antibacterial surface, 0.2 ml of 10^4-10^5 cfu/ml, cover a glass plate (50 ± 2 mm square), and cover the shreds with glass. ③ Unlike film adhesion and glass -adhesion method Use a UV irradiation device that has been lit for more than 30 minutes, and adjust the position of the share and irradiation device so that the light hits with the illuminance specified by the client in the test piece (UV radiation irradiation 0.25 mw/㎠ ㎠). Light irradiation at 25 ± 3 ° C for 8 hours or save in a dark place for 8 hours. Immediately after the test bacterial solution, 8 hours after light irradiation, the test piece after 8 hours is identified, and the number of raw bacteria is measured (three test pieces are performed per condition). ■ Test bacterial species Film -adhesive method ・ STAPHYLOCCUSAUREUSNBRC12732 (Staphylococcus aureus) ・ ESCHERICHIACOLINBRC3972 (Escherichia coli) Glass adhesion method ・ STAPHYLOCCUSAUREUSNBRC12732 (Staphylococcus aureus) ・ KLEBSIELLAPNEUMONIAENBRC13277 (pneumonia bacilli) * The specified bacterium is the above two bacteria. Depending on the purpose of the test, it is possible to change the test bacterium from the regulations. * Although it is a method specified by bacteria, we also accept requests for performing with yeast. Change the culture conditions (at the time of the previous culture, when measuring the number of raw bacteria) to the conditions suitable for yeast. ■ The required amount of the sample size ・ 50 ± 2mm square (within 10mm thick) Minimum number of sheets required ・ Light catalytic antibacterial processing test pieces: 6 pieces per bacterium (2 bacteria in total) ・ No processing test piece: 9 pieces per bacterium (2 bacteria in total) * If it is difficult to process the above size, please contact us. * If possible, please provide about 1.5 to 2 times the required number of pieces, including spares. * If the piece -free test piece is not ready, it is possible to prepare and use a glass plate for the film adhesion method, and in the case of a glass -adhesive method, we can prepare and use cotton cloth. However, please note that it is not a comparison of the effect of processing or not, but it will be a comparison with the appropriate contrast. * If you wish, test the specimen sterilization in advance before testing.
