Low inductance can be achieved through multiple VIA arrangements, parallel bonding, shortened loop lengths using cavity packages, two-layer parallel wiring, and connected VIA designs (patent pending). ■Improved heat dissipation The use of a ceramic package with excellent heat dissipation improves heat dissipation when irradiating laser light, suppressing the rise in temperature of the laser diode. In addition to high output and low inductance, there is a need to use materials with high heat dissipation properties in packaging technology, such as multi-channel light sources and modularization of light receiving, scanning, and control system functions.
