Model Description

Automotive pulsed LiDAR package that enables laser emission with reduced inductance, high output, and narrow pulse width. Features ■Packaging technology essential for long-distance detection Conditions essential for realizing long-distance detection ・Increase the number of irradiations per unit time ・Increase laser output ・Does not violate eye safety ■Achieving low inductance Inductance is reduced by multilayer ceramic wiring technology. Low inductance can be achieved through multiple VIA arrangements, parallel bonding, shortened loop lengths using cavity packages, two-layer parallel wiring, and connected VIA designs (patent pending). ■Improved heat dissipation The use of a ceramic package with excellent heat dissipation improves heat dissipation when irradiating laser light, suppressing the rise in temperature of the laser diode. In addition to high output and low inductance, there is a need to use materials with high heat dissipation properties in packaging technology, such as multi-channel light sources and modularization of light receiving, scanning, and control system functions.
