Detection accuracy is ±0.3℃, ±3%RH (at 25℃ 20~90%RH). ■Features ・The humidity detection section incorporates a relative humidity detector using a polymer humidity sensor and a linearizer, allowing linearized DC voltage or current output to be obtained. ・The detection part is only a built-in type. - Use a platinum resistance thermometer for the temperature detection section, and select either DC voltage output or 3-wire resistance output for the output signal. ・Compliant with RoHS Directive
