The CM80 cathode is the only model in SCI's side-mounted end block lineup that can mount a small target with an inner diameter of 80 mm. This model allows dual mounting if the target center distance is 110mm or more. The target flange is replaceable, and standard targets with an inner diameter of 125 mm can also be mounted. It is a very useful tool when there is not enough space in the chamber.
