The world's smallest class cantilevered rotary cathode, model cMC. While inheriting the basic performance of the existing product MC-D, the width has been reduced from 154mm of the conventional MC-D to 125mm. Since it is possible to reduce the space inside the chamber, it is possible to downsize the device and reduce the number of pumps.
