■Ring gauge The roundness and cylindricity of the inner diameter of the gauge is guaranteed. It is also often used for relatively small items. There are two types of limit gauges for shafts: ring gauges and scissor gauges. The outer diameter of the work shaft is inspected using a passing side gauge and a non-stop side gauge to ensure accuracy. Generally, gauges are made of SKS (alloy tool steel), but from the viewpoint of wear resistance, there are also carbide ring gauges and carbide pincer gauges that use carbide in the gauge part. The shape is the same as the regular product, so please consider it as well.
