It is a type of SC (carbon steel material for mechanical structures) material. S stands for steel, and the number 25 is the carbon content classification. C stands for carbon. In other words, S25C means a carbon steel material for mechanical structures with a carbon content class of ``25'' (around 0.25%). In February 2017, we began selling S25C material by cutting it for the first time in the Kanto area. We stock board thicknesses from 12mm to 100mm in sizes of 2,000 x 4,000.
