The BVC3220 is a SWIR line scan camera that uses a prism optical system and two InGaAs line sensors. ■Product features The images captured by each sensor are set to different wavelength bands using prism spectroscopy. By comparing two images of different wavelengths, it is possible to determine the presence of foreign substances in the object to be inspected, and to measure light reactions in different wavelength bands, such as reflection, transmission, absorption, etc., to identify substances mixed in the object using spectroscopy. This can be determined using a method. It is known that light in the SWIR band reacts differently depending on the substance, and this property can be used to perform foreign object inspections, scratch inspections, internal inspections, etc. that are difficult to do with normal visible light cameras. The interface is Camera Link base configuration, and the lens mount uses M52 mount. We have 6 types of SWIR lenses available as options: 20mm, 24mm, 28mm, 35mm, 50mm, and 105mm. The BVC3220 uses a 1,024 pixel InGaAs sensor. A spectroscopic camera that divides the SWIR band into two, and can handle any two wavelengths between 900nm and 1,680nm, can also be manufactured as a special order product.
