■Thermal insulation of window glass is a very effective energy saving measure. ・Near infrared rays cut by approximately 70% - Cuts approximately 99% of UV rays While allowing light to pass through, it significantly cuts near-infrared rays that cause heat. ■It is a self-adsorption type heat shield sheet. NBC Engineer's heat shield sheet for window glass does not come with adhesive (glue). A self-adhesive heat shielding sheet that is smooth yet adheres to glass. Even after pasting, it can be peeled off cleanly from the edge of the sheet. Construction method ■Step1 Wipe the glass surface with a towel to keep it clean. Be careful not to leave towel fibers on the glass surface. ■Step2 Cut the sheet approximately 5cm larger than the size of the glass to which you will attach the sheet. ■Step3 Spray water all over the glass surface with a sprayer. Peel off the transparent protective film on the sheet and spray the sheet with water. (If you mix a few drops of neutral detergent with 200cc of water, the seat will move more easily when positioning it.) ■Step4 Attach the part of the transparent protective film that you peeled off to the glass surface, and while holding that part, peel off the transparent protective film downward. ■Step5 While moving the sheet up, down, left and right with both hands, align the sides of the sheet that were not cut in step ②. Position the sheet leaving a gap of about 2mm from the glass rubber. ■Step6 Spray water on the surface of the sheet, hold the sheet with one hand to prevent it from moving, and use a squeegee to push out air and water from the inside to the outside as shown in steps 1, 2, and 3. If it is difficult to push out, flip the sheet and spray water on the glass surface. ■Step7 Place a ruler approximately 2mm thick on the sash, align the cutter with the ruler, and cut off the excess sheet. The cutter cuts only the sheet to avoid scratching the glass surface. ■Step8 In areas of concern, spray water on the sheet surface to remove air and water. Wipe off the water pushed out to the edge of the sheet, the surface of the sheet, and the surrounding area with a towel.
