One is to inspect for disconnections and incorrect wiring defects, which are the basics of circuit wiring. The second step is to confirm that the inspection item is securely attached to the jig adapter. This is because in the withstand voltage/insulation resistance test, even if the test item is not installed, the test will pass and the test has no meaning. Therefore, continuity tests are required before and after withstanding voltage and insulation resistance tests. ■About momentary disconnection inspection - During normal conductor inspection, even if the cable looks normal, it may break due to vibration, impact, bending, tension, etc. Inspection is required to detect such momentary disconnections. ■About withstand voltage test - Apply high voltage between different polarity wires such as multi-core cables to check for discharge. Voltage failures especially occur between wires and contact pins in pressure welding areas, between pins in soldering areas, and between shield wires and core wires in shielding areas. ■About insulation resistance test - Inspects whether the resistance between the lines is greater than the set value of the quality assurance conditions. Insulation resistance is greatly affected by impurities such as solder flux, insulator material, humidity, etc. Insulation failures can occur not only due to poor voltage resistance, but also due to molding materials, dirt on contacts, etc.
