■Solves various problems when soldering with lead-free solder - Even with lead-free solder, which has a high melting temperature, it is possible to work at a temperature close to the tip temperature setting for Sn-Pb eutectic solder. ・Since the temperature drop at the iron tip is small during work, it is possible to significantly shorten work time. ・Reduces damage to parts due to heat shock and solder ball scattering. - Reduces oxidation of soldering parts and iron tips. ・Solder spreads and cuts better. ■Recommended setup example RX-802ASPH + NC-100R N2 gas is separated from compressed air from a compressor using a special decomposition membrane, and the output gas (0.2MPa) is kept constant. By stacking it with the RX-802ASPH in two tiers, you can create a space-saving N2 system with high work efficiency. ■N2 nozzle integrated iron tip (PAT.) Adopts a slim N2 nozzle with an outer diameter of φ6.4. An N2 nozzle has been integrated into the RX-80HRT series. The N2 nozzle doesn't bother you even in tight spaces, and the iron weighs only 33g. It's incredibly light considering it's a nitrogen compatible soldering iron. ■Flexible N2 introduction tube A small diameter tube of φ1.8 is used for the N2 introduction tube. It does not impair the handling of the iron part. ■One-touch tip replacement using the included tool A dedicated tool for RX-802ASPH is included. Easy to replace even when the tip is hot. *Note: The preheat effect cannot be used with the RX-802ASPH alone. We recommend the N2 Station NC-100R as a nitrogen gas generator with flow rate adjustment function.
