Model Description

A new material with high corrosion resistance close to SUS304 while having the rigidity required for punches and dies. Stainless steel with high rigidity such as SUS440C has been available for some time, but it has lower corrosion resistance than general stainless steel, so CRN type had higher corrosion resistance, but this new steel material has extremely high corrosion resistance. It is expected to be used in wet-down tablet presses. Adding CRN coating to the punch also improves sticking and wear resistance.
