TO220 35W broadband high power resistor. ■Features/Applications ・TO220 type 35W high power resistor that has been in continuous production since 1985 ・Both inductive and capacitive properties are extremely low from DC to several 100 MHz, and exhibit flat characteristics up to around 1 GHz from 50 Ω to 100 Ω, making this resistor ideal for high-frequency circuits and high-speed pulse circuits. ・Heat dissipation characteristics with maximum operating temperature of 155℃ and thermal resistance between resistor and flange reduced to 3.3℃/W ・The flange is insulated from the circuit with a withstand voltage of 2KV. ・Power electronics, high frequency power supply, 50Ω termination
