TO220 20W high power resistor. ■Features/Applications ・TO220 type high power resistor with a rated power of 20W, which was developed and supplied to the market for the first time in the world in 1985, and is still in stable supply. ・Features extremely low inductive and capacitive properties from DC to several 100 MHz, and exhibits flat characteristics up to around 1 GHz from 50 Ω to 100 Ω, making it an ideal resistor for high-frequency circuits and high-speed pulse circuits. ・The unique internal structure reduces the thermal resistance between the resistor and flange to 5.9°C/W at a maximum operating temperature of 155°C, providing excellent heat dissipation properties. ・The flange is insulated from the internal resistor circuit with a withstand voltage of 2KV. ・Compact size, high vibration resistance, and high-density mounting with perfect thermal design possible ・Automotive electrical equipment, inverters, UPS, motor control, precision program power supplies, constant current power supplies, electronic loads, high frequency power supplies, high frequency amplifiers, 50Ω termination ・For tolerance 0.1%, refer to RNP-20P data sheet.
