■Transmittance measurement The light that has passed through the test object is returned using a special dummy cover glass with a reflective coating, and the attenuation state of the light that has passed through the test object twice is measured using an optical Power-Meter. ■Disk Tilt measurement A dummy cover glass equivalent to a disk is tilted (automatic 1 axis) and the NFP characteristics at each tilt are automatically measured. ■BSX-501 ・It is possible to measure the dummy cover glass at an angle using the automatic tilt stage. However, only one axis of inclination is automatic and the other axis is manual. ・Comes with a temperature controller that indirectly heats the test object jig ・Equipped with a mechanism that allows the sensor section of the Handy Optical Power-Meter to be inserted into the optical system of the main body.
