■Overview of location management system SyoZai STARTER This system automatically generates location numbers according to the warehouse layout and uses barcode handheld terminals and two-dimensional (QR) code readers to manage product numbers, lots, and quantities (compatible with free locations). Since it is possible to manage by lot, products can be managed on a first-in, first-out basis. ■Operation method Use a handy terminal to read the barcode information affixed to the product, enter the lot/location, and perform various processing (warehousing, shipping, movement, inventory). By transmitting the read data to a computer, addition (receiving) and subtracting (output) the number of items in stock can be performed, making it possible to keep track of the number of items in stock. ■Design points We have created an easy-to-read interface and ease of use so that anyone can use it. It also has an Excel output function so that you can freely process and analyze data. It is designed for intuitive operation, so it is possible to transfer the system with little resistance. Additionally, the transcription work that was done during handwritten management is no longer necessary, leading to a reduction in man-hours.
