The silane injection system that we independently developed allows the silane cocktail material to be fed linearly to the extruder even when the rotation speed is increased, without any variation in the discharge. ■Cylinder A grooved liner is used under the hopper to stably push out the resin pellets with silane cocktail attached to the cylinder tip without slipping. Additionally, the groove shape is such that it is difficult for silane cocktail to remain in the groove. ■Screw A special shape is used to uniformly mix the silane cocktail and resin pellets. Because stable temperature control is necessary for a uniform crosslinking reaction, we use a hot oil circulation method or an electric heater + blower method for heating and cooling each zone, depending on the specifications.
