By combining a calendar roll and a sheet output head, it is possible to produce rubber sheets with high thickness accuracy. With regard to thickness, sheets with different thicknesses can be produced by adjusting the calender gap without changing the die. Because calendar rolls are expensive, the capital investment cost is high compared to other methods.
