For insulating thin objects, we use an induction heating preheater (our own product) that has a linear velocity tracking function, and for cables where induction heating cannot be used, such as sheathed wires, heater wires, and thick conductors with large bending radii. You can choose from two types of furnace types. 1. Induction preheater Linear velocity tracking is possible because the conductor is heated using induced voltage. 2. Electric furnace type preheater Suitable for heater wires and sheathed wires with insulators that cannot be used with induction heating. It can also be used for thick wires because it passes through the furnace and is heated without being bent.
