■Features ・We have extruders with screw sizes ranging from Φ14mm to Φ150mm. We will provide the optimal size depending on the resin material and extrusion amount. *Please contact us separately for sizes over 150mm. ・Since Mitsuha Seisakusho also manufactures rubber extruders, the extruder, speed reducer, and thrust bearing use the same parts as those used for rubber extrusion. Therefore, it is compatible with materials with higher viscosity and higher back pressure than normal resin materials, and has been praised by customers for its excellent durability. ・The standard design requires 35MPa (MAX.50MPa) for regular use, including the head. *Please contact us as we can handle pressures higher than the standard design.
