■Features ・Since the power supply is a three-phase power supply that is converted to direct current internally, there is less reactive power and running costs are reduced. ・Since it follows the line speed from 20 m/min and controls the heating temperature of the wire, it is possible to produce at the same quality as normal production speed during startup and shutdown, reducing line loss. In addition, it constantly monitors the outside temperature and automatically follows temperature changes in summer and winter without changing conditions. - Since it uses an 800HZ high frequency transformer, the entire device is compact and can be installed in the minimum space. - By setting the line size, line speed, and temperature conditions on the touch panel, you can start operation without making fine adjustments during production. In addition, by loading the conditions registered on the recipe screen, operations can be started in a short time while maintaining a constant quality, regardless of the skill of the operator. - Equipped with a non-contact wire breakage detector at the incoming line and an air clamp mechanism at the outgoing line, allowing for quick recovery in the event of a break. ・For safety and machine protection, various heating interlocks and abnormality detection functions are installed, and control functions are also enhanced. - Parts associated with the equipment, such as painting the same color as the line, changing the opening/closing direction of the front door to match the line orientation and work, and changing the movement mechanism from caster type (standard) to rail movement type (optional). This can be changed according to the customer's requests. *Since the functions of the main body of the device are our standard specifications, we are unable to design and manufacture products tailored to customer requests. ・The standard is controlled by an internal program to flow a current according to the wire size based on the resistance value of the copper so that the conductor surface temperature is close to the set value, but the actual conductor surface temperature is not controlled. Therefore, if the wire is not 100% copper or has a surface coating such as tin-plated wire, the electrical resistance value will change and errors will occur. Also, due to heat radiation, the temperature may be lower than the set value depending on the wire size and wire speed. By providing feedback control using a non-contact thermometer as an option, production can be performed under temperature conditions closer to the set value.
