■Features ・The silane injection system developed by our company has no variation in the discharge of silane cocktail material, and can be linearly fed to the extruder even when the rotation speed is increased. ・Cylinder: A grooved liner is used under the hopper in order to stably push out the resin pellets with silane cocktail attached to the cylinder tip without slipping. Additionally, the groove shape is such that it is difficult for silane cocktail to remain in the groove. Screw: A special shape is used to uniformly mix the silane cocktail and resin pellets. ・Since stable temperature control is necessary for a uniform crosslinking reaction, we use a hot oil circulation method or an electric heater + blower method for heating and cooling each zone depending on the specifications.
