Rubber extrusion machines, which are Mitsuba Seisakusho's signature product, have been used by many users both in Japan and overseas, with nearly 100 units a year since our founding. In addition to that track record and experience, we design screws and flow channels in-house based on material data using measuring instruments such as Brabender viscometers and capillary rheometers, and we also manufacture major parts using our own high-performance processing machines. Because our products are assembled in-house by skilled technicians, we are able to provide products that satisfy both performance and quality. We have a wide range of extruders, from small extruders with a screw size of φ20mm to large extruders with a screw size of φ200mm or more.If you let us know your application and specifications, we will suggest the most suitable equipment, including front and rear equipment.
