■Operation instructions and features ・Additional operation panel for AT: Installed above the operation panel of the standard machine (NS-S). Other than the panel, "-AF", "-AFW" and "-AFW (B)" have the same specifications. ・Pull cylinder: Manual opening/closing type of standard model (NS-S). With AT~, the movement starts from the clamper open → clamper close → pull close →..., so the "pull" is automatic type using an air cylinder. ・Limit switch for automatic column stop: When the clamper is closed (parallel to the table surface) and the workpiece is not clamped yet (there is space between the top of the workpiece and the bottom of the clamper tip), lower the column (fork) from a height. As the height increases, the descent will automatically stop at the height where the workpiece is clamped. This is a specification not found in the standard model (NS-S). ・Electrical box: The standard machine (NS-S)'s electrical box is embedded inside the main body. This type of BOX has a larger capacity for the sequencer for AT~ and for the servo driver for AF~.
