■Summary This is a flow type LN2 flow controller. Used in conjunction with temperature controller (MC-1000 series). ■Features ・Equipped with various standard functions to meet various needs, such as instantaneous/accumulated flow rate display, gas type switching function, upper/lower limit alarm output, analog output, integrated pulse output, and communication function. ・Micro flow sensors are installed on the wall of the flow path and have few structures that act as flow resistance, so they feature low pressure loss. ・Since the sensor measures by directly touching the gas, it achieves high-speed response. ・In order to achieve high accuracy over a wide flow range, the mass flow meter uses RD (reading value) accuracy regulations.
