It maintains the characteristics of nylon cord while exhibiting super abrasion resistance (6 times the comparative value of regular). ■Outstanding wear resistance This is the first PE alloy cord in Japan that we independently developed (patent applied for). By blending (alloying) highly durable 6/66 copolymerized nylon with highly abrasion-resistant polyethylene, it exhibits significantly superior abrasion resistance compared to conventional products. Abrasion resistance tests based on JIS testing methods have confirmed that the abrasion resistance is tens to hundreds of times higher than conventional nylon cords, depending on the blending ratio. Increasing the blending ratio improves wear resistance, but since it also tends to break easily, we designed it so that it can be cut approximately 900 times (six times the wear resistance of conventional products). . We offer 40m roll, 10m roll, and 0.22m x 30 plug types.
