■ENVIRO NOISE PARTNER for B&K 2245 and HBK 2255 sound level meters This solution allows you to easily conduct and report environmental noise surveys. Enviro Noise Partner is a feature for the HBK 2255 or B&K 2245 sound level meter and is a complete toolset for environmental noise measurement and reporting. With the Enviro Noise Partner license installed, the sound level meter can obtain various broadband parameters including statistics, frequency analysis in 1/1 or 1/3 octave bands, and logging at 1 second intervals. These features ensure you get the data you need. In addition, this sound level meter can also make high-quality audio recordings that can help identify phenomena in case of unforeseen circumstances. ■Mobile app Install the Enviro Noise Partner app on your smartphone from the App Store® to wirelessly control your HBK 2255 or B&K 2245 sound level meter from your smartphone. It is also possible to control multiple units simultaneously. All measurement functions are available from the app. In the intuitive measurement profile screen, pinch to zoom on the graph and swipe to go back and forth in time. This makes it very easy to mark events or exclude certain noises. For example, you can exclude the sound of a dog barking from the measurement. Audio during measurements can be streamed to your mobile device. This is useful in situations where you cannot physically get close to the sound level meter or when listening to wind noise. Through the app's interface, you can embed photos, text and voice notes, and videos into your measurements to record your work.
