The B&K 2245 Sound Level Meter is designed to suit when and where you make your measurements. Rugged and IP55 dust and water resistant, this sound level meter can be used in dusty, dirty or inclement weather environments. However, this is not the only reason why we recommend this sound level meter. The sound level meter connects to your smartphone via Wi-Fi® and can be operated remotely from the measurement site with an unparalleled mobile app control interface. This means you can place the sound level meter at the measurement site and have full control from a more convenient location, just as if you were holding it in your hand. ■NOISE PARTNER The B&K 2245 Sound Level Meter comes with the Noise Partner app pre-installed. With little training, this app is perfect for simple broadband measurements, general-purpose sound pressure level measurements, and basic measurements of occupational, product, and environmental noise. ■Mobile app Download the included Noise Partner app from the App Store® to your smartphone to wirelessly control all Noise Partner features from your smartphone. Via the app interface, you can embed photos, text, voice notes, videos, etc. into your measurements. ■PC application After downloading and installing the PC app, you can transfer the data to your PC wirelessly or using the included USB cable when the measurement is complete. The Noise Partner PC app comes pre-installed with the tools you need to store, review, and report your data.
