A grinding oil that uses GtL (Gas to Liquid), a new refining method extracted from natural gas, as the base oil. It has a high flash point that belongs to Class 4 petroleum under the Fire Service Act, and has the lubricity necessary for grinding carbide and high-speed steel despite its low viscosity. Its excellent cooling properties, permeability, and antifoaming properties under high pressure contribute to improving workpiece surface finishing accuracy and extending the life of the grinding wheel. This product has a low oil evaporation rate, reduces oil cost, and meets both excellent processability and the requirements of the Fire Service Act. ■Applications Ideal for tool grinding of carbide and high-speed steel.
