A dedicated GB with vibration countermeasures for AFM controls oxygen and water molecules to less than 1 ppm. Unlike vacuum AFM, it has good workability and allows sample handling without exposure to the atmosphere before and after measurement. The workspace is large and it is possible to expand optional modules and install other experimental equipment inside. Ideal for lithium-ion battery evaluation and electrochemical testing.
