This is an undercoat paint exclusively for enamel finishing of MDF materials, etc. ■Features ・Does not contain lead and the 13 substances for which the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare has specified indoor guideline values. ・It has a good yield even with MDF materials, and has excellent drying properties, hiding properties, and anti-sagging properties (suitable for elevation painting). ■Painting process example (MDF material, enamel finish) Wood polishing (P180-P240 paper) → Undercoat (Safety Waltz Urebon Surfacer MDF Undercoat White Liquid A 100/Safety Waltz Urebon Surfacer MDF Undercoat B Liquid 50/Safety Waltz Polyurethane Thinner 45) → Paint film polishing (P320 Paper ) → Intermediate coating (Safety Waltz Urebon Sanding Attack MX Part A 100/ Part B 50/Safety Waltz Polyurethane Thinner 75) → Paint film polishing (P320 to P400 paper) → Top coat (Safety Waltz Elegant Color #2000 White 100% eraser Part A 100/Safety Waltz Elegant Color #2000 NY Part B 20/Safety Waltz Polyurethane Thinner 60) ■Precautions for use ・Please paint on materials with a moisture content of 20% or less. ・Drying and recoating times vary depending on conditions such as temperature and humidity. ・While working, please use safety glasses, gloves, and a mask, and ensure good ventilation. ・Adhering to the mixing ratio, measure liquid A, liquid B, and thinner by weight, stir evenly, and then apply. Please note that liquid A has a very high viscosity, so please loosen any clumps when stirring before use. Additionally, this product has a shorter pot life due to its increased curing properties. Please use the minimum necessary amount. ・When using, please dilute according to the painting method. (Using undiluted solution may cause foaming.) ・Please use Safety Waltz polyurethane thinner for dilution. If you use a thinner with low solubility or a thinner that dries too quickly, it may cause problems such as shortening the pot life or making it easier to foam. ・Shake liquid A well before use. Also, liquid B reacts with moisture in the air. Be sure to close the bottle tightly after use and store it.
