■Features
・Does not contain lead and the 13 substances for which the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare has specified indoor guideline values.
・A two-component urethane paint topcoat (urethane clear) for a high-gloss finish. It does not foam easily even when applied thickly, and has excellent durability.
- Does not use silicone and has a non-slip feel.
・Foil can be pasted on top of the actual coating. It can also be polished by buffing.
・A wide range of coating applications (airless, flow coater) are available.
■Precautions for use
・Please paint on materials with a moisture content of 20% or less.
・Drying and recoating times vary depending on conditions such as temperature and humidity.
・While working, please use safety glasses, gloves, and a mask, and ensure good ventilation.
・Please store both A and B liquids under low temperature and low humidity conditions, preferably above 5℃. Long-term storage at temperatures above 50℃ may cause problems such as spots and discoloration.
・Adhering to the mixing ratio, measure liquid A, liquid B, and thinner by weight, stir evenly, and then apply.
・When using, please dilute according to the painting method. (Using undiluted solution may cause foaming.)
・Please use Safety Waltz polyurethane thinner for dilution. If you use a thinner with low solubility or a thinner that dries too quickly, it may cause problems such as shortening the pot life or making it easier to foam.
・Liquid B reacts with moisture in the air. Be sure to close the bottle tightly after use and store it.
・Please be sure to filter it with Yoshino paper before use.
・If the pot life is exceeded, the viscosity will increase and the antifoaming properties, leveling, gloss, etc. will decrease. Please use within the pot life. Also, always check the viscosity during circulation in the flow coater, and add additional thinner or paint to prevent viscosity from increasing.
・If the amount applied is small, leveling will be poor. Please paint over 6g/shaku2.
・Do not dispose of paint waste or washing liquid into sewers, etc. Please dispose of it according to the disposal method of your local government.
