An intermediate coating with excellent drying and polishing properties. ■Features ・Does not contain lead and the 13 substances for which the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare has established indoor guideline values. ・Excellent drying and polishing properties. ・It has a good yield even with wood ends and materials that easily absorb (poplar, alder, pine, etc.) and reduces the hassle of repainting. ■Painting process example (rubber material, semi-closed finish) Wood polishing (P180 to P240 paper) → Sealing coloring (Safety Waltz Justly Filler HG 100/Safety Waltz Wiping Thinner #150 as appropriate/Safety Waltz Justly Color as appropriate) → Undercoat (Safety Waltz ZD Scrum Undercoat #130 A Liquid 100/B liquid 100/Safety Waltz Polyurethane Thinner 100) → Paint film polishing (P320 paper) → Intermediate coating (Safety Waltz Urebone Sanding Quick EX A liquid 100/B liquid 50/Safety Waltz Polyurethane thinner 75) → Paint film polishing (P320 to P400 paper) → Top coating (Safety Waltz Urebon Flat One grade each matte A liquid 80/B liquid 20/Safety Waltz Polyurethane thinner 75) ■Precautions for use ・Please paint on materials with a moisture content of 20% or less. ・Drying and recoating times vary depending on conditions such as temperature and humidity. ・While working, please use safety glasses, gloves, and a mask, and ensure good ventilation. ・Please store both A and B liquids under low temperature and low humidity conditions, preferably above 5℃. Long-term storage at temperatures above 50℃ may cause problems such as bumps. ・Adhering to the mixing ratio, measure liquid A, liquid B, and thinner by weight, stir evenly, and then apply. ・Please dilute 40-60% before use. (Using undiluted solution may cause foaming.) ・Please use Safety Waltz polyurethane thinner for dilution. If you use a thinner with low solubility or a thinner that dries too quickly, it may cause problems such as shortening the pot life or making it easier to foam. ・Shake liquid A well before use. Also, liquid B reacts with moisture in the air. Be sure to close the bottle tightly after use and store it. ・Do not dispose of paint waste or washing liquid into sewers, etc. Please dispose of it according to the disposal method of your local government.
