A standard undercoat with excellent clogging properties (duct filling properties). ■Features ・Does not contain lead and the 13 substances for which the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare has established indoor guideline values. ・It has good clogging properties (filling power into the conduit) and prevents foaming, pinholes, and eye drops. ・2-component urethane paint Has excellent drying properties among undercoats. ■Painting process example (table, rubber material, semi-closed finish) Wood polishing (P180-P240 paper) → Sealing coloring (Safety Waltz Neo Hybrid Filler SPF 100/Safety Waltz #150 Wiping Thinner as appropriate/Safety Waltz Justly Color as appropriate) → Undercoat (Safety Waltz ZD Scrum Undercoat #130A Liquid 100 /B liquid 100/Safety Waltz Polyurethane thinner 100) →Paint polishing (P320 paper) →Intermediate coating (Safety Waltz Hybrid Sanding Liquid A 100/Liquid B 50/Safety Waltz Polyurethane Thinner 40) →Pain polishing (P320~P400 Paper) →Top coating (Safety Waltz Urebone Flat One Grade) Each matte A liquid 80/B liquid 20/Safety Waltz Polyurethane thinner 75) ■Precautions for use ・Please paint on materials with a moisture content of 20% or less. ・Drying and recoating times vary depending on conditions such as temperature and humidity. ・While working, please use safety glasses, gloves, and a mask, and ensure good ventilation. ・Adhering to the mixing ratio, measure liquid A, liquid B, and thinner by weight, stir evenly, and then apply. ・Please dilute 30-50% before use. (Using undiluted solution may cause foaming.) ・Please use Safety Waltz polyurethane thinner for dilution. If you use a thinner with low solubility or a thinner that dries too quickly, it may cause problems such as shortening the pot life or making it easier to foam. ・Polyester paint intermediate coating (non-wax type) can be applied within 2 to 30 hours after application of Safety Waltz ZD Scrum Undercoat #130. Be sure to polish before painting. The paintable time will vary depending on the amount of paint applied, suction caused by the material, etc. ・This product does not adhere well to wax-type polyester paint.
