Model Description

Nucleofector™ kits and corresponding optimization protocols are available on a variety of Nucleofector™ platforms for optimal gene transfer into human melanocytes. We recommend using the primary cell optimization and protocols for gene transfer into human melanocytes in the 4D-Nucleofector™, 96-well Shuttle™, and 384-well Nucleofector™ systems. Optimal conditions can be shared among these three models.
