Lonza's new conductive polymer cuvette concept was first established in the 96-well Shuttle™ system and has now been transferred to new platforms. This has allowed Lonza to streamline the concept of kit products for primary cells. For the 4D-Nucleofector™, 96-well Shuttle™ and 384-well Nucleofector™ systems, we currently offer five primary cell Nucleofector™ solutions: P1, P2, P3, P4 and P5. ■Each kit includes the following ・Specific Nucleofector™ solution ·supplement ・pmaxGFP™ control vector ・100 μl Nucleocuvettes™, 16-well Nucleocuvette™ strips, 96-well or 384-well Nucleocuvette™ plates All kits are available in various packaging formats. Additionally, Lonza shares its experience and knowledge in handling individual primary cells with its users.
