The new 384-well Nucleofector® System is an independent platform for high-throughput Nucleofection® in a 384-well format. The processing time per plate is extremely short at 1 minute, making it ideal for screening that requires reproducibility. The 384-well Nucleofector® system consists of a power supply unit that generates high voltage pulses, a plate handling unit, and intuitive PC-based operating software. The 384-well Nucleofector® kit combines the existing 96-well Shuttle® protocol with a newly developed conductive polymer 384-well Nucleocuvette® plate.
