■Poietics™ normal human dendritic cells and culture medium ・Cryopreserved primary cells: Derived from culture of normal human dendritic cells derived from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells ・LGM-3™ Lymphocyte Proliferation Basal Medium-3: Serum-free medium exclusively for lymphocyte proliferation. All cells were isolated using a blood component separator and density gradient centrifugation. Dendritic cells and peripheral blood mononuclear cells are available from the same donor. Poietics™ normal human dendritic cells do not differentiate and can survive up to 7 days in culture conditions with appropriate cytokines (IL-4 and GM-CSF).
