■Features/Functions E-6000 is an epoxy plasticizer made from epoxidized unsaturated fatty acid ester. A monoester epoxy plasticizer that has cold resistance, heat resistance, and weather resistance. E-6000 is a monomeric epoxy plasticizer developed in response to market demands. It is highly compatible with vinyl chloride and has good plasticizing efficiency and cold resistance, as well as excellent thermal stability and weather resistance. When used in combination with metal soap, the synergistic effect improves thermal stability. Therefore, it can be used in formulations that require heat and cold resistance such as films, leather, and sheets, and also serves as a plastisol viscosity modifier.
