■Features/Functions A sebacic acid plasticizer consisting of esterification of sebacic acid and 2-ethylhexanol (8 carbon atoms). DOS is a plasticizer that has better cold resistance than DOA and DOZ, and has better volatility resistance than DOA and DOZ. A cold-resistant plasticizer that provides excellent cold resistance to vinyl chloride resin and synthetic rubber. DOS is the best ester as both a cold-resistant plasticizer and a synthetic lubricant. ・Plasticizer: Good plasticizing efficiency, less volatilization, migration, extraction by soap, etc., and excellent retention. ・Lubricating oil: Has superior lubricity, viscosity characteristics, flash point, vapor pressure, and heat resistance than DOZ.
